Main Fest

5—8.6
“Anna & Maria Kalouta” Theatre
Τhe poetics of un-rest are explored through ARC’s entire program for 2025. And it is through the festival’s main fest that this quest is most comprehensively narrated: Through nine dance works, of which one in its premiere and six in their country debut, the audience can experience the fundamentals of disquietude as they shape dance and are being altered by it.
Dances are, in their plurality, manifestations of collective unrest. Movements of what moves us beyond rest. ARC’s main fest program hosts the various embodiments of the era’s all-pervasive unrest via the artists’ reflections and responses.
